Rules and conditions
Drinks only in pet bottles and cans, glass containers only in wines, champagnes, whiskey and spirits.
In case of poor navigability conditions, the itinerary will automatically change to Guanabara Bay.
Try to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance, any late departure will be deducted from the tour time.
Suntan lotion, red wine, hookah, any type of fireworks and confetti are not permitted .
Cancellation for personal reasons does not give rise to the right to a refund.
There will be no rescheduling due to cloudy weather and/or light rain.
The tour can only be rescheduled in the event of rain that makes the tour impossible on the day and time of the reservation.
If you hire a professional (DJ, bartender, photographer, etc.), they will count as a passenger.
Boarding and disembarking must be carried out by all passengers in the same location.
It is crucial to recognize that the company provides all information and safety guidelines relevant to diving, ensuring a complete briefing on the necessary procedures and precautions. However, the final decision to dive or not rests entirely with the contractor and his participants.
After contracting, the client will not have the right to regret, even for personal, family and/or illness reasons. The reserve serves precisely to guarantee the parties. In case of no-show, it will be considered a no-show, with loss of the deposit, without the right to refund or rescheduling.
We are not responsible for personal items left on the vessel.
Do not throw paper or any material into the toilet, in addition to making it impossible to use during the tour, you will be subject to a maintenance fee.
WeBoat will be obliged to make the tour viable by presenting a similar vessel, if the contractor presents any navigation impossibility.
The reservation will only be secured after payment of the 50% deposit. On the day of the tour, the boat will only leave after the remaining amount has been compensated.
The client authorizes the use of tour images for publication purposes.
The contracted vessel is prohibited from docking alongside other boats.
To ensure the safety of everyone on board, the use of the barbecue on our boats requires the hiring of an additional service. Contact us for more information.
Regardless of age, weight or size, everyone counts as passengers. The vessel is being made available to meet the number of passengers that was contracted.
